Code of Conduct
Respect & Sportsmanship: Players must respect coaches, teammates, and park facilities. Any form of bullying or disrespectful behavior will result in warnings or removal from camp.
Equipment Responsibility: Players must return any borrowed equipment in good condition.
Who can participate?
This volleyball camp is open for boys and girls ranging from 7th-12th grade. All skill levels are welcomed. Public schoolers and homeschoolers are welcomed to participate!
Apex Athletics is an approved vendor with Heritage Peak Charter School. Our courses will satisfy PE requirements for students at Heritage.
General Policies
Attendance & Punctuality: Players should arrive at least 10 minutes before the session starts. If arriving late, they must check in with a coach before joining the drills.
Weather Policy: Camp will continue in light rain, but sessions may be rescheduled or canceled for severe weather (lightning, heavy rain, extreme heat). A decision will be made at least 1 hour before the session.
Insurance
Apex Athletics partners with AAU to provide player coverage in case they are injured.
The fee for insurance is already included in the full camp package. However, for the individual sessions insurance must be purchased. This is a ONE time purchase. Once you purchase the insurance the first time you will be allowed to book as many sessions as you like.


Camp Schedule
Apex Athletics is offering a 6-week training camp to set a foundation for beginners and strengthen intermediate players.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Full Refund: Available if canceled at least 2 weeks before camp starts.
Partial Refund: 50% refund for cancellations made within the first week of camp.
No Refunds: After the first week of camp, unless due to a medical emergency (doctor’s note required).
Weather-Related Cancellations: If more than two sessions are canceled due to weather, refund will be given
Health & Safety
Injury & Illness: Participants should not attend if sick. Injuries sustained during camp will be assessed, and parents will be notified.
Hydration & Sun Protection: Players are encouraged to bring water, sunscreen, and appropriate gear for outdoor play.
Attire: Players should wear appropriate athletic clothes with closed toe shoes
